Refund of Training Registration

Should you wish to cancel or postpone your registration, please notify us in writing by fax at +91 124 2351555 via e-mail to cancellation@laparoscopyhospital.com
Please note that no refund nor postponement will be considered for cancellation received less than 6 weeks before the course starts except in one conditionn if Visa application has been denied by Indian Embassy.

1. Once Joined Tuition Fee as mentioned in the fee structure for the respective admission category is non-refundable in any case.
2. The dates mentioned in this Policy will apply irrespective of the date of admission.
3. If the admission is withdrawn on or before 6 week, then the entire fee deposited shall be refunded after deduction of Non-refundable Admission/Counseling Fee as mentioned in the fee structure for the respective admission category.
4. If the admission is withdrawn after 6 week, but before 3 week, the refund will be processed after reviewing the admission status, depending upon the availability of vacant seats after withdrawals in the same category. If there is a vacancy in the particular program, no refund shall be made except the caution money.
5. The amount refundable shall be calculated on the basis of date of submission of application for withdrawal and the number of seats vacant in the same category. The decision shall be on “First- come First- served” basis. All refunds shall be calculated on pro-rata basis of Annual Academic Fee i.e. including both installments, after deducting non- refundable admission/counselling fee.
6. If the admission is withdrawn after joining the course irrespective of the date of the admission, No refund shall be made except the caution money.

Refund of Pacific Hotel Accommodation

Should you wish to cancel or change your hotel accommodation, please notify us in writing by fax at +91 124 2351555 or via e-mail to cancellation@laparoscopyhospital.comr. Please note you can contact hotel directly also.

• Cancellation received earlier than 10 days before the course starts is eligible for full hotel refund.
• Cancellation received later than 10 days before the course starts is eligible for hotel refund – minus one night deposit.
