Dear Dr Raghib

Your India visa processing site depends on where in the Iran you currently reside, also known as jurisdiction. You can find a listing of the states in each jurisdiction, in addition to the hours, addresses and contact information for each site by using the following links for Iran: http://www.indianembassy-tehra n.ir/
The process is simple. Just fill us the VISA application for and show them our invitation letter and you will get VISA.

Foreign Nationals desirous of coming into India are required to possess a valid passport of their country and a valid Indian Visa. Laparoscopic Training is "Add On Skill" to develop your professional skill so you need to get a busness VISA. Student Visa is not requires because you are not taking admission in Medical school. As you know we have limited seats in one batch and it is reserved on First-Cum-First-Serve-Basis. Once you have fully confirmed your visit to India as a patient or visiting doctor, we will send you the invitation letter to come at World Laparoscopy Hospital New Delhi. On behalf of that invitation letter sent by us, you can easily get Indian VISA. We have creates a separate page for VISA information:

Dear Dr Sridhar

This is a good suggestion. There is a list of Embassy of India on Wikipedia with the link of all the Indian Embassy in whole World. You can go to that page by following URL:

I am sending this mail to you for some information. I have contacted with the Indian Consulate in my country (Cyprus) for the visa requirements in order to be able to travel to India for the FMAS+DMAS course. I have been told that i have to bring a medical council approval from India in order to be able to participate to the course. Is that true? How can i take such a medical council approval from India?

Dear Dr. Nikodimos Christofi

You must have told the conciliate that you are coming as a medical student to work as a surgeon at World Laparoscopy Hospital so they are asking Medical council registration. Just like if you go to USA to practice as a doctor you need ECFMG or go to UK you need to clear yout PLAB or GMC registration. This minimal access surgery course is a professional short course for already qualified surgeons and gynecologist and you dont have any responsibility of our patient. You will not required to have clearance by Medical council. This Hands On course is a skill development course and does not come under the purview of Medical council of India. You may come as a business purpose or as a tourist to visit India.

If the embassy will insist for the clearance for clearance from Medical council of India, Please let us know and we will get temporary registration from MCI for you. You need to send all your Medical qualification certificate photocopy and we will apply for your registration. Once our consultant will take your responsibility temporary registration is not a problem.
