My Member Area to Download Video is Expired?

Hi, I am Dr Jasmin from Romania. I have taken Fellowship in batch July 2014. Today I tried to log in to member area of World Laparoscopy Hospital and it is saying account is expired. Please help! |

Dear Dr Jasmin, By default our server is allowing to access the member area only for one year. After one year it expires but you just have to send one email to members@laparosacopyhospital.c om and we will immediately renew your member area. Our minimally invasive surgical training will not end just imparting hands on skill but post training Online support is also provided through world's largest and most updated Online library of laparoscopic study material (Videos, Articles, Power Point presentations, eBooks) kept for members only on our dedicated server. We provide laparoscopic study materials of worth 3000 USD free during course. Free laparoscopic study material to complement practical knowledge is provided with the course. |

I have checked and your member area is doing fine. Please don't use wrong password more than 5 times continuously otherwise it will block the access for half an hour. What we’ll do is use security settings to temporarily lock out the account for 30 minutes whenever the wrong password is entered 5 times. This will prevent them from being able to repeatedly guess your password, or at least make it take a lot longer. This setting can also let somebody prank you by incorrectly entering the password 5 times and lock you out for 30 minutes. It would be wise to have another administrator account that can unlock the regular account. Either way, use caution with this setting. |

The WLH app is really helpful in revising the surgeries and topics done in lecture. I am using this app regularly. |
