Date of Receiving Fellowship Certificate

Dear Sir, Can I get certificate on the last date of the course or do I have to wait for the certificate to get ready. My flight is on 28th night please let me know when will I receive the certificate after finishing my Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery Integrated course. I am from South Africa and flight from India is not everyday for my home town so it will be very difficult if I will miss my flight. Please answer With regard Dr M Ikechebelu |

Dear Dr M Ikechebelu Convocation of Fellowship of Minimal Access Surgery is every month on 14th of the month start at 3 pm. In this certification ceremony all the faculty, staff and students, everyone will assemble in conference hall of Pacific hotel and the chief guest of ceremony (Usually a VIP like MP or Minister) will distribute the certificate to the surgeons and gynecologists who come from all over the World. The topper will be awarded with special trophy and memento and merit certificate. group photograph follower by lunch will be there at pacific hotel and so the doctors will be free around 5 pm on 14th of every month. Same function is repeated om 28th of every month where surgeons and gynecologists will receive their Diploma certificate and after function they will be free around 5 pm. So in summary you dont have to wait any extra-day for certificate and you will receive the certificate on the last day of your training at World Laparoscopy Hospital and you will be free to take your return flight around 5 pm. In case of any change in your schedule you can ask Mr. Ranjan at front office for help and we will arrange your certification on time. With regard Sadhana Front Office Administrator |

Dear Dr M Ikechebelu In special circumstances where your flight is classing with convocation timing we can handover your certificate earlier also but you have to finish the entire course curriculum. In case of any problem with early flight schedule ant not attending convocation will send your degree certificate after all our ceremonies are completed. It will be sent to your home address as held on the student record system. If your home address needs to be updated you should do this by contacting front office of admission department of World Laparoscopy Hospital. Dr R K Mishra |

Dear Dr M Ikechebelu Sometime in extenuating circumstances we have sent the certificate by post. These circumstance may include students with illness, clashes with religious observance, or other comparable serious and unavoidable difficulties.
