Dear Dr John

Technical essential skills in the emerging field of advancement in laparoscopic surgery have been taught worldwide in specialized training center for last 25 years. All over World various studies have shown and proved that unlike traditional open surgery, mere performing under supervision observing cases in operation theater or assisting a senior consultant surgeon does not improve the necessary minimal access surgical skill to become a laparoscopic surgeon.

The Essential fundamental knowledge of ergonomics & Physics of laparoscopic surgery is completely different than traditional open surgery & mastery of under supervision hand-eye co-ordination requires thorough correct exposure in Wet Lab followed by demonstration and chance to assist by expert surgeon in operation theatre.

For Surgeons and Gynecologist who want to learn laparoscopic surgery iaparoscopic skill acquisition need “Hand on” training under specialized guidance of Master Laparoscopic Surgeon because the field of view in laparoscopic surgery is limited with 2 dimension, and peripheral vision of relative anatomy is not possible & the operative field is represented in visula interpretation without tactile feedback on a video monitor.

In traditional open surgery, the surgeon is facilitated verbally & manually through help of assistant from the opposite side of the operating table, but in minimal access surgery mere verbal directives is not of much help & there is an increased reliance on the surgeons own tissue dissection and approximation technical skills.

World Laparoscopy Hospital is going to give you sufficient confidence to achieve these fundamental skills & to imbibe the principles of laparoscopic surgery, training under our supervision and working in simulated operative environments & observation of state of the art surgery in operation theatre will hep you to achieve your goal. please be known that for last more than 15 years World Laparoscopy has established itself as best laparoscopic training institute of the World.

Everyone has different learning curve.I think learning Minimal Access Surgery can be tough on everyone. You have to surround yourself with supportive OT staff and know when to put your foot down and do what's best for you and your patient. The first few years in the minimal access surgery can be a steep learning curve, and you will definitely developed a good skill after taking training from this institute!

I think after training it is necessary to practice a lot your own. Training will give you knowledge but your own devotion is must.
