Laparoscopic suturing is a difficult skill to master but can be acquired within two week time. Is it correct that prior exposure to laparoscopic surgery helped trainees in acquiring laparoscopic suturing skills more quickly than trainees with no prior exposure to laparoscopic surgery. |

I also has same concern. I have taken training in IRCAD before but unfortunately I could not develop my suturing skill. I want to know that is it possible to develop my suturing skill at World Laparoscopy Hospital. I want a institute who can give hands on to trainees in acquiring laparoscopic suturing skills more quickly. |

Advanced surgical operations are now being done laparoscopically, and more reconstructive procedures are being performed. I have heard about Dr. Mishra in Iraq that he is the best person to teach laparoscopic suturing and knotting. He will demonstrate and teach you twelve type of extracorporeal and intracorporeal laparoscopic suturing which is not possible to learn any where else in World. The skill of laparoscopic suturing is very important for performance of advanced laparoscopic procedures and I am quite convinced with the Rosy that any other institute of the World like IRCAD and even in USA most of the institutes are not offering good suturing skill. |

If anyone has to perform advanced surgery then Suturing is one of the main tasks in order to perform advanced laparoscopic surgery. I was performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and diagnostic laparoscopy and and adhesiolysis for last 7 years but I was afraid doing hernia and fundoplication as I was poor in laparoscopic suturing but with gradual practice and by the tricks demonstrated by Dr. R. K. Mishra now I am confident in laparoscopic suturing and I am doing almost all the advanced minimal access surgery. Learning these skill is not possible if you will not get a good trainer. If someone get wrong technique then it is even more difficult to unlearn it and again relearn the correct technique. |

Is Virtual Reality-Based Suturing Curriculum Improves Laparoscopic Intracorporeal Knot Tying Skills. The virtual reality training of suturing provided by many institute will improve my skill or not. |

Training residents and even consultant surgeon and gynecologist in advanced minimal access surgical skills is now possible, and it is very much required. Fortunately it is now possible outside of the operating room. Every surgeon and gynecologist wants to learn laparoscopic suturing and knotting however, work-hour limits due to busy schedule, increased patient volume due to busy practice, and evolving requirements for objective proficiency mandate efficient and effective training protocols. WLH Hands On tissue model suturing skill simulation may be a useful tool to these ends, but requires thoughtful implementation as described by gynecologist and surgeon. We have designed a novel laparoscopic choreographic training model to practice suturing. Our proficiency-based curriculum that consists of contralateral and ipsilateral suturing modules and one OSCE examination module. Our trainee surgeon can repeat the practice modules as many times as necessary to reach the required proficiency for suturing skill. Successful completion of all practice modules developed by World Laparoscopy Hospital enables participants to complete the examination module. |

Yes Sir! You are right and I am totally convinced that an efficient and focused suturing skills training curriculum can help resident surgeon and gynecologist develop proficiency in critical surgical laparoscopic suturing skills. A good suturing curriculum provides the trainee the required level of practice to develop advanced suturing skills. Supriya |

Why not to do robotic surgery to get rid of problem of suturing and knitting. I have felt it too easy if done by da Vinci. |

I don't think anybody in World will give you his patient to apply suture. |
