        February 2013 till November 2013
 3    Completed my Fellowship program in Minimal Invasive surgery (RGUHS recognized)
        [June 2010 to     February 2012]
         and also worked as a Senior Surgical Resident at Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road,
         Bangalore (January 2010-December 2012) in the department of Surgical
         Oncology and Gastroenterology and
 4      Minimal Access Surgery.

2     IMMUNIZATION CENTER(2003) which is actively involved in Anti Rabies immunization and serum
       therapy, Allergy testing and treatment.
 
3    EPIDEMIC DISEASES HOSPITAL(2003) which is involved in managing Rabies, Tetanus, Diphtheria,
       Gastro enteritis, Chicken Pox and Mumps cases.
 
4    URBAN LEPROSY CENTER(2003) which is involved in National Leprosy Eradication programs.
 
5    MATERNITY HOME(2003) Bangalore which is involved in Antenatal checkups, Family planning
       procedures and assisted normal deliveries and Caesarian sections.
 
6    STATE TUBERCULOSIS CENTER(2003) which implements Revised National Eradication Program
      and serves as a DOTS center.
 
7      Worked in a NGO program in 2003, conducted by an organization called PARINATI where
        health  screening and medical check-ups were done for women and children for over 100 families.
        Actively participated in Intensified Pulse Polio Immunization programs during the years 1999-2002.
