   Alvarado scoring system in preoperative diagnosis of acute appendicitis at
   K R Hospital Mysore- A clinicopathological correlation.
         
   EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES :
    District level basketball team captain in 1997, 1998 and 2003.
    Member of state basketball team in 1998.

  EXPERIENCE:
1    Have taken both theory and clinical classes for M.B.B.S students.
2    Performed more than 75 appendicectomies,inguinal hernia ,paraumbilical , incisional hernia,
       hydrocoele, fissurectomy, haemmorhoidectomies  etc independently.
3     Performed independently and also assisted  surgical procedures such as
       thyroidectomy,  Cholecystectomy,
4     Gastrojejunostomy, varicose vein surgeries   during the three year residency in surgery.
 5    Have performed more than 50 emergency adbominal surgeries independently like
       perforated hollow viscous repair,bowel resection and anastomosis,strangulated hernia,
       blunt and penetrating  injuries abdomen.
 6    Performed many  minor and outpatient surgical procedures such as cyst excision,
       breast mass biopsy, chest tube thoracostomy etc.
