Currently, benefits of robotic surgery in patients with benign gynecological conditions rand severe adhesion is very apparant. In this video, we see the surgical outcome of robotic ahesiolysis and evaluated the feasibility of robotic surgery in cases with pelvic adhesions after previous laparotomy.
