Dear Dr. Elssayed Vascular Cartridge is of always white in color so that it can be seen even in bloody field. |

I ask about burch operation the suture in vagina is it transverse or longitudinal so as not to cut through. |

I ask about the lever type 2 and type 3 is of concern in laparoscopic surgery because the movement and the different angle affect the performance. Is it of concern in robotic surgery. |

Dear Dr Elssayed Suture in vagina in Burch should be longitudinal. Type 2 and type 3 lever does not affect the robotic surgery due to compensating software installed inside the machine which will automatically balance the leverage action. |
