Sir can we use vipro mesh as inlay mesh instead of polyurethane composite mesh for umbilical and incisional hernias??

Dear Dr Easwar

ProTack™ 5 mm Fixation Device for Laparoscopic Hernia Repair mesh can be used in ventral hernia but only problem is with Protack titanium tacker sometime tacker sometime does not hold the mesh as the hole size of Vipro mesh is large. You need to take care at the time of firing the protack that you should fire in between the holes.
