Dear Dr Vinod At World Laparoscopy Hospital we have invented an Indian version of laparoscopic camera holder called PMAT camera holder. PMAT laparoscopic camera holding system can be operated by foot switch to do closeup and panoramic view. https://www.laparoscopyhospital.com/drmishra-article3.pdf There are few more system like AESOP camera robot. AESOP eliminates the need for surgical staff to hold the camera in place. The robotic arm also allows for a steadier view of the surgery and more precise and controlled camera operation. In Indian condition camera holders are not very successful as it is very easy to find out a good human camera holder and computer controlled camera holder are very expensive. You should try to invent one. With regard R K Mishra |
