Dear Dr Madona

Laparoscopy include controlling instruments through small port where the specialist's are guided by viewing a TV screen. Computer game aptitudes interpreted into higher scores in many study and the relationship was much higher than the specialist's length of preparing or related knowledge in laparoscopic surgery..

Out of 33 specialists from Beth Israel Medical Center in New York that participated in the study, the nine specialists who had eventually played computer games no less than three hours for every week made 37 percent less blunders, performed 27 percent quicker, and scored 42 percent better in the trial of surgical aptitudes than the 15 specialists who had never played computer games.

It was astonishing that past business computer game play was such a solid indicator of cutting edge surgical abilities, said Iowa State University brain research educator Douglas Gentile, one of the study's creators.

According to Dr. James Rosser of Beth Israel, Playing computer games enhance fine abilities, eye-hand coordination, visual consideration, profundity observation.

In our opinions and experience of teaching for more than 15 years we have found that surgeons who are good in computer games are also good in developing laparoscopic skill.
