Port position for TLH in a patient with of 38 weak Uterus?

Dear Dr. Mythry Murthy Ideally, you should enter in the abdomen with palmer's point and after that, you should introduce one epigastric port. After introducing epigastric port transfer telescope from palmers to epigastric port. two other lumber port is used for upper pedicle and two iliac fossa port can be used either side for uterine artery and vault closure. So all together 6 port is required to perform total laparoscopic hysterectomy in the large uterus. You can see the video of Dr. R.K.
