DO YOU PROVIDE VISA INVITATION LETTER?
Yes, we do provide visa assistance letter after receiving the passport details of the patient and attendant(s) to enable in obtaining the medical visa.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENTS?
Payment can be made through cash/ credit cards at the time of admission. We have an in-house authorized foreign currency exchange counter. The payments can also be transferred to the Hospital accounts through wire transfer prior to the arrival/traveler's cheque.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT DISCLOSING CVC NUMBER
The World Laparoscopy Hospital accepts credit card payments and they all with only 2% transaction fees. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card. You can use any of these cards through our online payment gateway any time day or night, or you can place your fee by phone, email or live chat. You can pay your fee by using debit cards also but the debit cards can work only when you are physically present in the institute.
If you pay the total tuition fee by Credit Card the bank Processing Fees of 2% will be applicable. We have all the SECURITY for Credit Card Payment.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH AIRPORT TRANSFERS TO INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS?
Yes, we provide complimentary pick /drop from/to airport to international patients. We organize the pick up on receiving the patient's travel itinerary.
DO YOU PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION & MEAL TO ATTENDANT WHILE PATIENT IS ADMITTED?
Yes, the attendant is provided the hospital stay with the patient (except ICU stay) in case if they have opted for a double and single room. We also provide complimentary meals to the attendant (thrice a day).
DO YOU FACILITATE IN BOOKING GUEST HOUSE/ HOTELS/ SERVICE APARTMENTS?
We have a tie-up with hotels/ guest houses/ service apartments in the vicinity of the hospital for our international patients. We share the list of the same in advance with our patients. They can do the booking directly or let us know to do the same on their behalf.
WHICH COMMUNICATION SERVICES/FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have landline phone/internet services available in all patient rooms.

In order to make your stay comfortable and safe, we try our best to ensure that you get access to the best of facilities and accommodation. WORLD LAPAROSCOPY HOSPITAL HAS ITS OWN HOTEL KNOWN AS PACIFIC HOTEL. Once you confirm your treatment, our service team sends across the best accommodation options available to you. We also offer pick-up facility from the Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stand to the Guesthouse/hotel. For those who might require extended stay for rehabilitative purposes, we have special tie-ups with hotels to enable the hassle-free extension.
