Hi Good evening. I am Monia from Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines. Maam/Sir i just want to clarify about my illness because i dont really fully understand it and since a week from now i am undergoing an operation with that i am scared that what might happen if it will go beyond any control. I have a Myoma since 2013 and because i dont have enough money for the medication i didnt submit to check-up. and now that its been awhile i undergo lots of blood shed seems like i am having a miscarriage. The following is what a medical doctor diagnosis me: I. UTERUS 6.2x5.1x5.1cm., Anteverted 1.) Right antero-lateral uterine isthmus subserous uterine myoma measuring 12.4x9.7x8.7cm. 2.) Fundal intramural myoma with subserous component measuring 3.5x3.6x2.8cm. 3.) anterior uterine isthmus subserous uterine myoma measuring 2.9x2.5x1.8cm. 4.) left lateral intramural myoma measuring 2.3x2.4x2.6cm. 5.) postero-fundal intramural myoma measuring 3.1x3.1x2.9. II. ENDOMETRIUM: Thickness: 10.6mm III. ADNEXAE Right Ovary: 1.4x0.8x0.9cm Left Ovary: 1.5x1.5x1.2cm IV. CERVIX: 2.3x3.3x2.6cm OTHERS: (-) Free-fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac DIAGNOSIS: Enlarged anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium. Uterine myoma. Athropic both ovaries.
