Adhesions after appendectomy

Doanne Cheong	Tuve una operación de apéndice, que luego me provocó un bloqueo en el intestino (se había hecho una operación) alrededor de uno o dos años el intestino estaba teniendo muy mala adherencia (se realizó la operación final). Desde entonces he estado entrando y saliendo del hospital debido a que ocurre el mismo problema y ahora, el especialista me aconsejó no tener otra operación porque puede volverse peor que antes de la última operación. Ahora, mis heces salieron a veces acuosas, a veces normales y, a veces, ninguna. Esto ha sucedido durante unas tres semanas en el cambio. Tengo que ir al baño para pasar el movimiento porque no puedo soportar esperar 5 minutos más. Entonces ahora, había dejado de ir al baño durante tres días, el gas no salió mucho. Entonces, tengo que bombear el líquido para que salgan las heces. El problema es que causa un dolor tremendo cuando salen las heces. Hubo un momento en que me desmayé dentro del baño debido a esto. Quiero saber, ¿qué me depara el futuro? ¿Estoy comenzando a tener la necesidad de seguir bombeando líquido en el ano cada tres días para poder pasar el movimiento? ¿Es seguro usar la bomba con frecuencia? ¿Cuáles son los efectos secundarios? Solo quería saber la condición actual. Los efectos por los que estoy pasando son dolor, hinchazón, no poder moverme y, a veces, heces aguadas durante dos o tres días. Dr.J S Chowhan	Dear D Cheong It appears that you have been operated upon for three times, first for appendicitis, then for intestinal obstruction and last time for adhesions. You have not mentioned whether open or laparoscopic surgery was done. You should get one Barium Meal study done and send the report to us for further advice.
