I had the opportunity to attend the 3-week course in India, and I must say it was a well-organized and comprehensive program. The entire staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the 21 days. I highly recommend this unique course to gynecologists looking to enhance their skills.

However, one drawback of the course was the overcrowding in some stations. I believe they should limit the number of participants to a maximum of 30. We had over 40 participants, which limited our opportunities for hands-on training in some instances.

Throughout the training sessions, Dr. Mishra showcased a profound mastery of laparoscopic techniques and their real-world applications in the field of gynecology. His articulate and succinct explanations, coupled with practical hands-on experience, enabled me to easily comprehend intricate procedures.

Furthermore, it would be beneficial to assess the skill levels of attendees and group them accordingly. This would ensure that each participant receives training that aligns with their expertise.
