I had undergone surgery for fissure and piles 2 years ago and now this problem has occurred again. Will I have to undergo surgery again or will it be cured with medicine. |

If your fissure and piles have recurred after surgery, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best course of action. Whether you'll need surgery again or can manage the condition with medication depends on several factors, including: Severity of Symptoms: The extent of pain, bleeding, or discomfort you're experiencing. Size and Type of Piles: Whether they are internal or external and their size. Response to Previous Treatment: How well you responded to the initial surgery and any subsequent treatments. Lifestyle and Dietary Factors: Changes in diet, bowel habits, and other lifestyle factors that may affect the condition. In some cases, conservative treatments such as dietary modifications, topical treatments, and oral medications can help manage symptoms and promote healing. However, if these methods are not effective or if the condition is severe, a repeat surgery might be necessary. |
