2 in one operation (Laparoscopy and Laparotomy)

I am scheduled for a laparoscopic operation on the weekend but the doctor tells me that if he finds that a bigger job needs to be done, he is going to do a laparotomy all in one surgery. How safe is it? |

Dear Kanchan Bala Sometime laparoscopic is not possible so your surgeon wants to take concent for open surgery from you. |
