can laparoscopy be used to treat stress incontinence associated with voalt prolapse? what is the cost?

Dear Emmanuel Gbejegbe
It is effective, and with safety to treat stress incontinence associated with voalt prolapse laparoscopically. The transobturator tension-free vaginal mesh (Prolift) and concomitant tension-free vaginal tape-obturator (TVT-O) system as a treatment of female anterior vaginal wall prolapse associated with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

Sacrocolpopexy is also one of the laparoscopic procedure which can be performed.
