THE PATIENT IS SUFFRIN OF HERNIA BOTH ALONGWITH SEVERE LUNGS PROBLEM(COPD PATIENT).HERNIA WAS NOT OPERATATED EVER ,HOWEVER WHEN HERNIA GETS OUT THE PATIENT SUFFERS FROM DEEP RESPIRATORY PROBLEM. DOCTORS SUGGEST FOR HERNIA OPERATION (AGE 76) BUT NOT SO CONFIDENT FOR THE PATIENT BEING COPD |

Dear Dhrubajyoti De Joardar Severe COPD is a contraindication of laparoscopic repair of hernia. Ideally your patient should be operated under local or spinal anaesthesia. Please contact some good general surgeon for this surgery. With regards Sadhana |

I am a 61 year old Male, I work in a foundry, not long though, employer is ready to let me go. I can't work in the heat and dirt. Talking to my doctor and pulmanary doctor. Whats the chance of Social Security Disablity, soon will be left go form my job, no insurance and no income. I think I am close to stage 4, can't blow out a candle nor even have the strength to cough up flem or spit if I do. |
