my husband is aged 40 he had a severe back pain he is 6 feet tall and 69 kgs weight. the doctor says the lower disk has moved 2 cms and has put a belt and adviced a weeks rest will he be alright |

Minor cases of slipped disk can be handled at home in consultation with your doctor. Treatment of slipped disk at home will likely include application of hot or cold packs, limited activity (Bed Rest), and basic pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. As your slipped disk condition improves, specific neck or back stretching or strengthening exercises may be suggested. |
