Dear Pankajini Your mothers main problem is weight. A supervised attempt to slim down in people who can exercise without risk is usually of great benefit. In certain instances for example if blood sugars are too high or lacking or if heart disease exists, it can be dangerous. Dibetes ought to be controlled for your mother. For this reason all exercise and diet programs ought to be started only after discussion with a physician. Any unexplained weight reduction, in patients with or without known diabetes may be a sign of high blood sugars or another serious illness. It is essential to see a physician and undergo an entire evaluation in these instances. Sometime weight reduction surgery is necessary but for that you should consult our surgeon and he can only advice you. With regards Sadhana |
