Dear Sunny Submucous and intracavitary myomas can often be removed through the cervix utilizing an instrument called a resectoscope. The resectoscope is a special type of hysteroscope with a built in cable cycle that utilizes high-frequency electrical power to chop or coagulate cells. It was created with regard to surgery from the vesica and also the male prostate gland over half a century ago to permit surgery in a organ without having to make a cut, and has created hysteroscopic myomectomy feasible. Resectoscope used for hysteroscopic myomectomy. Just as with a typical hysteroscope, the actual resectoscope is inserted through the cervix. Because it goes with the cervix, it is not necessary to make an incision. Methods using the resectoscope are carried out with modern technique at World Laparoscopy Hospital. This may sometimes be done under general anesthesia. We can get this surgery performed at our hospital and after surgery there is fair chance of pregnancy. With regards Sadhana |
