Dear Dr ,
Good Morning
From last two years, we are planning for second baby. About one and half years back, my wife got ECTOPIC Pregnancy and via laproscopic, left side Fallopion tube was cut out.
Now we are trying from one year for baby (under the supervision of doctor, some medicines are taken also). We regularly check egg size, ovary etc by USG. Some cysts are seen in right ovary and doctors said to feel normal
but main problem observed in right side is of HYDROSELPHINX in right side (either inside of Right side Fallopeon tube or just outlet of that tube) via USG/TVS. Some doctors suggested us to first test for TB and some asked us for laproscopy again.
We are very afraid that laproscpoy to do many times may cause bad result on my wife's health.
Once after her ectopic pregency, HSG (dye test) was done, but she got infection in lower abdomen and again had to admit in hospital.
I am writing e-mail to you.
Please its my humble request before you to suggest us, what to do?
We had made all the urine, blood tests etc--all are normal.

So HOW TO GET RID OF FROM THIS HYDROSELPHINX? IS LAPROSCOPIC TERATMENT IS PREFERABLE?

WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE.

Dear Mrs Saroj Sharma
We are sorry that your single remaining tube has hydrosalpinx. A hydrosalpinx is a fallopian tube that is filled with fluid. Injury to the end of the fallopian tube, the ampulla, and its delicate fingers, the fimbria, causes the end of the tube to close and this is the one reason hydroslpinx develop. Glands within the tube produce a watery fluid that collects within the tube, producing a sausage shaped swelling that is characteristic of hydrosalpinx.

Hydrosalpinx is a result of injury to the tube, usually from an infection. May be your first HSG has created infection and thus hydrosalpinx developed. The classic causes of hydrosalpinx are chlamydia and gonorrhea, which can run undetected for years, slowly injuring and destroying the delicate fimbria. IUDs, endometriosis, and abdominal surgery sometimes are associated with the problem. Not only does a hydrosalpinx cause infertility, it can also reduce the success rate of fertility treatment, even those treatments that bypass the fallopian tubes. The blocked tube can communicate with the uterus, and the fluid in the tube can be expressed out of the tube into the uterus. This fluid is probably somewhat toxic to early embryo development, and certainly provides an unfavorable environment. The large volume of the fluid flows back into the uterus and can produce enough flow that embryos find it difficult to attach, since they have no ability to move against the tide.

You should must go for laparoscopy. By laparoscopy the chances of infection is very less and it is quite safe procedure also.

By laparoscopy if we will see that due to hydrosanpinx tube are not reparable that your this tube also will be removed so that atleast your chance of getting pregnant by IVF will increase. Please get some time to come to World Laparoscopy Hospital so that we can plan your treatment.

With regards
Sadhana

This is getting a bit more stjcebuive, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of neighbors will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune Social is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
