Cholelithiasis means stone in Gallbladder. Gallbladder disease is certainly high on the list and removing the gallbladder is a reasonable option.

More specialized conditions with disease like gastroparesis can be evaluated with a gastric emptying scan. With the gallbladder stone symptoms, you can also feel acidity like symptom with epigastric pain.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician or GI physician, but you need laparoscopic cholecystectomy for Gall Stone.
