Dear Mr Brij kishore prasad After cholecystectomy surgery comin bile in vomiting is normal and it should be corrected within few week. Give some antacid to your wife. Bile is a green or yellow fluid, which contains chemicals that help digest fats, is produced by the liver and Illustration of a gallbaldder removal also known as a cholecystectomy after this sometime reflux of bile occur.
