Dear Mr Rao If your color Doppler test is normal then you should not worry about. Sometime due to unknown reasons also there is testicle swelling but it does not signify any clinical sign and symptoms and sometime there is difference between the size of two testes. Hydrocele may be a common cause of swollen testicles in some people, although men can develop hydrocele at any age. Hydrocele occurs when fluid accumulates between the two membranes that cover the testicles. But your ultrasound test has not detected this pathology also. If the testicles appear to be chronically swollen, medical interventions are available. Surgery can cure, or the fluid may be drawn out of the testicular membrane using a fine needle, fine needle aspiration is quite painful, so some men prefer surgical options. A histological examination of the fluid can be performed in order to detect any pathology which you are thinking about. With regards M.K. Gupta |
