My wife has lost pregnancy 2 times, and now the misturation stopped about a year. we need treatment so that can have a baby. she does not have any and she is 41 yaers old. How to get to you and what can we do in order to have solution. |

DEAR MR ANJO GABRIEL MUSSA GIME Uterine fibroids are solid granite tissue growths in the uterus. They're also called fibroid tumors, myomas, or leiomyomas. Fibroids occur frequently (in up to half of women over forty) that they could be considered a normal irregularity. The occasional fibroid may become enormous, but the majority (80%) remain no more than a walnut. Fibroids are the number one reason women have hysterectomies. The causes of uterine fibroids are unknown, but estrogens, especially estradiol, promote their growth. After menopause fibroids disappear. But because levels of estrogen can rise during the early menopausal years, previously asymptomatic fibroids may grow within the years right before the cessation of menses, leading to symptoms for example feeling of heaviness in the belly, back pain, pain with vaginal penetration, urinary frequency or incontinence, bowel difficulties, or severe menstrual pain and flooding. Within our opinion it may be possible that your wife might be entering in Menopause. Women of color are three to nine times more likely to have fibroids than white women, and theirs will grow faster. Fibroid tumors aren't cancer, not malignant. Tumor means a swelling or a growth, not a malignancy, not cancer. Less than 0.1% of uterine fibroids are malignant. Small fibroids often disappear spontaneously. Larger fibroids are more difficult to resolve, although not impossible to control with natural measures. Please get your wife examined by any gynecologist nearby as she might be going into a stage of early menopause as you are saying that her menstruation has disappeared. With regards M.K. Gupta |
