Ovarian cyst

Hello Doctor, My sister(45) has ovarian cyst around 9cm size. She was admitted in appollo hospital in chennai for removing the cyst through laparoscopy. The operation was not succeeded. The Doctor told that colon is stuck with ovary and the pelvic bone. They just seperate 50% of colon and ovary which was stuck. Still my sister could not eat more than one tea cup size and she has lower abdominal pain too. Please reply me what to do. |

Dear Mr Karthik Without seein the operative note we can not tell much about the outcome of the surgery. But, you should keep patience as doctors of Apollo Hospital, Chennai are very good and hopefully your sister will recover. With regards M.K. Gupta |
