hello, i m turning 50 this year. since 2 years, period has been irregular, heavy, light,prolonged. doc said i have a small fibroid growing on the uterus muscle. she suggested i remove it, but my blood count is low. do u think i should go ahead and remove it? What should the maximum blood count be? also, i would like to know the whole cost in dubai as i m not insured. thank you |

Dear Madam We don't think that your fibroid are the problem because it is in the muscle layers. Moreover your problem may be due to the menopausal syndrome which you are getting late. Please keep in mind that the correct advice need thorough examination and evaluation of all your clinical findings and assessment of investigation report which you have. With regards M.K. Gupta |

Thanks, SIF the postponement (if that hneppas) won't be so bad it will just go into concert practice time anyway. But I'm seeing the IVF nurse on Monday and will chat to her a bit more about what can happen.. |
