I am having problems associated with surgical clips being left after an appendectomy, I am having problems getting another surgeon to touch me with a ten foot pole to fix the problem. These have punctured a ureter tube, creating a UTI. I have pain, so much so that I am on pain medication 10 mg Lorcet 4 times a day, also the hospital is giving me hell trying gather my own surgical notes to carry to appointments, I am FED UP so yeah send me some advice on this one, or do I have to get one of those famous personal injury lawyers to help me out.

Dear T.D. Bennett
Generally clips are not used in laparoscopic appendicectomy surgery (staplers are used). Sometime some surgeons are using clip for appendicular artery but number of surgeon using this is less in number. We want to see your MRI and exact location of clip which is causing problem. Please send your reports by email attachment so that we can give you advice.
