EEG: Abnormal record with bilateral epileptiform activity. To correlate clinically.

MRI: NO demonstrable abnormality is seen in the brain. No developmental abnormality, dysplasia, infarct,haemorrhage,mass lesion or demylination is visualized.

You have not written the history and symptoms of patient but according to EEG patient need anti epilectic medication with the advice of a neuro physician.
