Respected Sir, my wife has a multiple 5.00mm stones in gall bladder. The thickness of Gall bladder wall is 3.00 mm in ultra sound report. Please suggest weather the stones can be removed without removing the gall bladder or it is beneficial to remove gall bladder for future prospects.or it could be left. What is the best option please suggest and what will be the maximum cost for the treatment by robotic laproscopy in your hospital |

Dear Vikas Pandey The gold standard treatment of the gall stones is the removal of the gall bladder by laparoscopy. There is no medical management. If diseased gall bladder is not removed it may lead to cancer of the gall bladder. The cost of Robotic Cholecystectomy will be around Rs.1,20,000/-(approx.) Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
