Ovarian Cystectomy and Myomectomy

 Please if someone does an ovarian cystectomy and a myomectomy and gets pregnant, can the person give birth naturally or it has to be through a Caesarian section? Kindly advice. Thanks

 Dear Chetty
It is not essential to do caesarean section for delivery after myomectomy operation. The decision to do normal vaginal or caesarean section will depend on the observations of the obstetrician.
