I have a few spots on male genitals. Some on foreskin (they seems quite deep under skin), they're painless, and few also deeper under skin on head. I have searched for something similar on internet but came up with nothing. I could provide images of the spots if needed. |

Dear tony, Your spots, as you call them, on the male genitals and foreskin of your penis could be genital warts or STD. Sometimes penile papules or spots could also be painless, which are common, harmless, and not sexually transmitted. And their cause is not known, pearly penile papules are more common in uncircumcised men. These papules are generally misdiagnosed as genital warts. With Regards Dr.S.Hussain |
