Dear Pawan, According to your case history Fibroid is big so in this condition so we can perform laparoscopic Myomectomy which is minimally invasive procedure. so when you came to our hospital we can investigate that what type of fibroid is there like Intramural, subserosal or submucosal and we also consider your other problems.
