I have small pimples on my skin on my cheeks and forehead and when I wash my face in the morning, my skin becomes dry and whiteheads appear. So, please suggest a good pharmacy facewash which will keep my skin fresh and remove my pimples and whiteheads. and make your skin glow

For your skin concerns, consider using a gentle foaming face wash that contains ingredients beneficial for acne-prone and oily skin. Here are some recommendations:

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash - This contains salicylic acid, which helps to treat and prevent acne while cleansing the skin.

Cleansing Gel by La Roche-Posay - This is suitable for sensitive skin and helps remove impurities without over-drying.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser - A gentle option that is non-irritating and suitable for all skin types, it helps remove excess oil and impurities.

Bioderma Sebium Gel Moussant - Designed for oily and acne-prone skin, it helps regulate sebum production and clear up pimples.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash - This is infused with tea tree oil, known for its antibacterial properties, helping to combat acne and reduce whiteheads.

After washing your face, consider using a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without clogging pores. Additionally, incorporating products with niacinamide or glycolic acid into your skincare routine can help improve skin texture and radiance. Always patch-test new products to avoid adverse reactions. If your skin concerns persist, consulting a dermatologist is a good idea.
