Kavita	I am having pain in the lower right side of my stomach and fever. What could be the possible causes of lower abdominal pain and fever?

Some of the possible causes include: Appendicitis: Inflammation of the appendix, often causing severe pain in the lower right abdomen, accompanied by fever, nausea, and vomiting. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): An infection in any part of the urinary system, causing lower abdominal pain, fever, a frequent urge to urinate, and a burning sensation during urination. Kidney Stones: Hard deposits of minerals and salts in the kidneys that can cause severe pain, fever, nausea, and blood in the urine. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID): An infection of the female reproductive organs, leading to lower abdominal pain, fever, abnormal vaginal discharge, and pain during intercourse. Gastroenteritis: Inflammation of the stomach and intestines, often due to infection, causing abdominal pain, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting.
