Sir, we were married since 3years.after 5 month of marriage we started planning for baby. After trying for 1year we consulted gyn&obs specialist. She conducted all blood test for my wife including hormonal tests every thing is normal except montux test which is positive then she started ATT for 8 monts and done SSG.after SSG she told us that there may be possibility of hydrosalpinx. After completing course of ATT for my wife we consulted other gynecologist she started doing follicular monitoring for 4 months.last monts she done IUI which also failed.in between semen analysis and culture revealed growth of E.coli and low sperm motality.after 10days course of iv antibiotics again semen analysis and culture was done which come sterile good motility.my wife has normal menestrual cycle.sir we need your valuable advice regarding my problem.thank you |

Dear Dr Anwesh It seems that you and your wife has gone through different test and procedure. After completion of ATT is her sputum test negative that need to be mention. As you have mention that there may be a possibility of hydrosalpinx. You can plan for the diagnostic laparoscopy that is the treatment of choice in this case. It will give you a better idea of tube.
