Good day doctor, please could you assist..here my laparoscopie result, nkowing that the right one was removed due to ectopic pregnancy: Left Fallopian Tube: Confirm opacification of the left fallopian tube which however appearred dilated distally. No hydrosalpinx There is free spill from left fallopian tube. Could you help me understand. Want to try to get pregnant naturally before to think about IVF....is it safe ? Regards armelle |

Dear Patient, How long have you been trying to conceive? If less than one year then try naturally for a year and if more than a year then you should consult a Gynaecologists for further tests. |

Dear Doctor My HSG report states my both the tube are blocked. Is there any way I can conceive normally ??? |

Hello Sonam HSG report is not final. For confirmation about the status of your tube Laparoscopy tubal patency with chromopertubation is need to be done. If your tube are blocked also than it will get open. After that conceiving will be normal.
