Please help Uterus: Normal uterine contour without abnormal filling defects. Right fallopian tube: Blunted distally. Contained intraperitoneal spillage. Left fallopian tube: Blunted distally. Spillage: Bilateral free peritoneal spillage noted. Additional findings: None |

Dear Jasmine Both your fallopian tubes appear to be patent on HSG examination. But the report also suggest that there may be partial blockage. We can do Lap. and Dye test or Diagnostic Hysteroscopy and Chromopertubation to remove the partial obstruction.
