Report of HSG
The uterine cavity is normal in size shape outline and position no pathological filling defect is present .Right fallopian tube is partially visualised in proximal part .No peritoneal spill is seen left fallopian tube is visualise throughout its length and dilated in mid and distal part. Free peritonial spill is seen on left side.

This HSG shows that your right fallopian tube is blocked. Better you should get laparoscopy for diagnosis and in many cases tubes can be opened also by laparoscopy.
