I am from Bangladesh. I sent an email three days ago. But I did not get any response from you. I am 57 years old. I experienced menopause last 7 years ago. About 1 year ago i saw spotty bleeding. During my bleed, I felt pain in my lower belly. But I did feel pain randomly. Then I visited a local doctor. The doctor advised me to remove the uterus. So far I did not feel pain. Last week again I feel pain and saw the same bleeding. Again I visited a doctor. I got some advice. The doctor examined me. X-ray report says wall thickness is 18 mm. In the ultrasonic report, there are no tumors. Such pain and bleeding last 2-3 days. I feel worried about the uterus operation. Can i get rid of my problem of getting medicine without the removal uterus? If needed an operation I want laparoscopic surgery from you. Please advise me asap. In the min time i prosesing paspot visa. Can I visit you in West Bengal? Then where and when? I am so poor in English. If possible I want to talk with you in Bengali. Then I will decide to go to India. |

Dear Madam The uterus needs to remove or not, We can only say once we will examine you. If it is required we can offer laparoscopic surgery for you. Minimally invasive laparoscopic hysterectomy produces excellent patient outcomes and offers many advantages over a traditional hysterectomy, including: Shorter hospital stay. Little to no blood loss as a result of smaller, shallower incisions. Lower risk of abdominal infection and other complications. Less pain. |
