Findings:
An ill-defined focal filling defect is noted along fundal region.
Both the fallopian tubes are well outlined with contrast. No evidence of any irregularity or hydrosalpynx.
Good spill of contrast into the peritoneum was seen on right side with subtle spillage of contrast noted on left side on delayed images.

Hysteroscopy should be performed to find this focal filling defect is noted along the fundal region. Please share ultrasound reports also.

No such abnormalities are reported in TVS ultrasound. No cysts or fibroid. Should I get further testing? I have got the TVS ultrasound before the HSG. Got it 2 times in a year's time. Both times TVS was normal. Periods are also normal.

Dear Madam,

You should get a tubal patency test done. USG is not a good test for tubal function.
