It sounds like you're experiencing significant discomfort. Here are some steps you can take: Consult a Doctor: It's essential to see a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. They may recommend tests such as an ultrasound or endoscopy. Avoid Alcohol: Since alcohol triggers your stomach pain, it's best to avoid it entirely until you get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Dietary Changes: Consider eating smaller, more frequent meals instead of large ones. Avoid spicy, fatty, or acidic foods that can irritate your stomach. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help with digestion. Over-the-Counter Antacids: These may provide temporary relief from burning sensations, but consult with your doctor before using them regularly. Keep a Food Diary: Track what you eat and your symptoms to help identify any food triggers. Stress Management: Stress can worsen digestive issues, so consider relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, or meditation. |
