I have to spit the mucus all the time

For the past 2 year i have been suffering from a disease in which i have to spit the mucus all the time..My state of life is getting worse due to this..Also due to spitting my throat also got hoarse and now i cannot talk easily....I visited a gastroentroly and in endoscopy a alrge heitus hernia is found..He advised me some psychological changes and pescribe me some medicines...Now its alsmost 5 months somewhat i can see some improvement in my spitting...But still the problem is not cured completely.....Now its getting very difficult for me to continue my normal life because iam a college student..How to live like it...I cant talk to my friends due to this...Cant join any istitute due to this.....Plzzzzz guide me now what to do...Should go for surgery..PLzzzzz help me ia really very depressed due to my this problem.........Thanks.......... |
