it's smegma, a muck brought on by dead skin cells, as well as bacteria, precum as well as sperm residues. It collects underneath the foreskin, as well as it smell, and also you have to clean it off, and it can cause bad irritations, that is easily amended with correct cleansing. Just retract the actual foreskin and clean them back nicely below running drinking water as long as you're showering, absolutely no soap although, because cleaning soap will dry out the head and the foreskin. Just keep it neat and you are great. Good luck. |
