Dear Mr Inder Mohan Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the removal of Gall Bladder Stone is very safe even in pregnant female. But you should get it done as soon as possible because in case of advanced stage of pregnancy it is not advisable because there is no room inside the abdominal cavity to move laparoscopic instrument.
